Vietnamese visa for Belgian citizens

There are currently two ways to apply for a visa to enter Belgium, either by applying for a visa directly at the Vietnamese embassy or by applying for a visa at a Vietnamese airport.

Apply for a visa online and apply for a visa at a Vietnamese airport

To apply for a visa, you will need:
- 02 photos 4x6cm
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.

Duration: 01 month to 01 year, multiple entry or 01 time
Purpose :
- Tourist Visa: 1 month or 3 months
- Business Visa: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year
Entry: Only applicable when coming to Vietnam International Airport

Application process:
- Fill the form at govietnamvisa.org
- Payment of service fee.
- Receive visa approval letter by email within 01 - 02 working days. In case you want to receive your approval letter sooner, you can use our emergency service.
- Printed letter of approval + 2 photo cards + Form NA1 (attached letter) + Charge stamp to receive visa at Vietnam airport.
